Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Community Conversations Program

DIVAS for Social Justice is proud to be a featured site for the New York Council for Humanities' Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Community Conversations program. The event will feature audio excerpts and discussions of MLK's speeches in honor of Black History Month. DIVAS will also initiate the Bed Stuy Community Polo Wall. If you are a resident of Bedford Stuyvesant please feel free to come down and have an instant picture taken of you to be featured in a mosaic of polaroid pictures of the Bedford Stuyvesant community. This event will also feature work from DIVAS' latest photography project DIBS (Digital-Inter-Generational Bridges to Success). Refreshments will be served.
