This is Willie Sanhez, senior job developer at Restoration Corporation.
He was at the community market, located at the Marcy Pedestrian Plaza, handing out "Health Bucks."
"Anytime someone purchases produce from one of our farmer's markets using their benefit card, we give them a $2 Health Buck that they can spend at the market," said Sanchez.
"All of the farmers are accepting them. So it's great because it gives them extra incentive to continue spending on fresh fruits and vegetables."
