What happened this week in your neighborhood?

Here's a few of the things that went down in your neighborhood and your city this week:

Election Day unfolded pretty much as expected. Your next mayor is Brooklyn resident and Public Advocate Bill de Blasio.

Robert Cornegy was also a big winner in Bed-Stuy Tuesday, becoming the neighborhood's next City Councilman.

SUNY banned ambulances, angering the Brooklyn health community at large.

Justin Timberlake gave Brooklyn a show at the Barclays Center in the middle of the week.

Police asked for help in locating a missing Brooklyn man, and made an arrest in a month-old shooting and homicide in Lafayette Gardens houses.

A fire woke residents in the middle of the night on Broadway in Bed-Stuy.
