What Inspires You:  Many of the races are charity and fund raising events for noble causes such as cancer and heart disease.  Many of the participants are people who suffer from these ailment.  Watching them perform a challenging event such as a marathon is very inspiring.

Training Routine:  About 2-3 times a week I go for a 4-6 mile runs in the morning before going to work, do cross training twice a week, do one long run (between 9-20 miles) on the weekend, do one tempo run per week and one speed workout per week.

Other Tidbit:  I was born and raised in Peru, but I am Japanese. I am fluent in Japanese, Spanish and English.
