Why he's running: I'm running to achieve my goal of finishing a marathon.

What Inspires Him: The people of NYC inspire me every day.
Training Routine: I run three times during the week and then a long run on Saturday. I've managed to fit it in after work and right when I wake up on Saturday. I have to say, Nike Plus has been a savior for me. It's really helped me to stay on track with my training, monitor my progress and to keep going during difficult runs.
Other Tidbit: I haven't been running consistently since 2003, so it's been a challenge to get my body and mind back where it used to be for this marathon. It's been very rewarding so far, and I'm pumped to run through all five boroughs in November!
