FREE WI-FI AT ALBEE SQUARE FARMER'S MARKET

The Albee Square Farmers Market returns for the summer season featuring up to a dozen vendors selling fresh produce, baked goods, and more. To celebrate, the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership will host free programming every Friday in June, alongside community partners from the NYC Department of Transportation, Brooklyn Day Habilitation, and Fon. June 27 will be WiFi Day at the market, with Fon giving out free routers to help support the Downtown Brooklyn WiFi network.

Operated by Bensidoun, which manages markets in New York, Chicago, and Paris, the Albee Square Farmers Market will run every Friday from 11am to 4pm until November. EBT tokens and WIC checks will be accepted. Planned vendors include: Sarah & Nancy’s Farm, Nevin’s Farm, Meredith’s Bread, Yona’s Gourmet Delights, Olive Oil of the World, Lizzmonade, Soul Sister Quisine, Gelato Ti Amo, Gourmet Nuts & Dried Fruits, Not Just Tea, and more.
