Free Affordable Rental Housing Workshop (2/5/14)

Carroll Gardens Association, Inc. (CGA), in partnership with Gowanus Canal CDC, will be presenting a free workshop on affordable rental housing in New York City next Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 5:30PM to 7:30PM at CGA's office on 201 Columbia Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231. Attendees will learn about topics such as: the NYC HPD Rental Lottery system, Mitchell Lama buildings, rent stabilization, other subsidized options, and affordable housing application tips.
